Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Systems Compliance Coordinator to support compliance and governance initiatives. In this role, you will ensure that IT systems meet regulatory requirements, maintain documentation, and support audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure IT systems comply with regulatory and organizational standards
Maintain compliance documentation and audit records
Assist in internal and external IT audits
Monitor systems for compliance risks and issues
Collaborate with IT and security teams to resolve compliance gaps
Support implementation of compliance policies and procedures
Track and report compliance metrics and findings
Assist in risk assessments and mitigation planning
Ensure adherence to data security and privacy standards
Support continuous improvement of compliance processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT compliance, governance, or support roles
Basic understanding of IT compliance frameworks and standards
Knowledge of system security and data protection practices
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with frameworks like ISO, SOC, or NIST
Experience with audit and compliance tools
Basic knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure)
Understanding of risk management processes
Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, CISA preferred)
