Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Network Latency Analyst to monitor and optimize network performance. In this role, you will analyze latency issues, identify bottlenecks, and improve network efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze network latency and performance metrics
Identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations
Monitor network traffic and system performance
Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams
Maintain documentation of performance analysis
Support troubleshooting of connectivity issues
Ensure compliance with IT performance standards
Track metrics and generate performance reports
Assist in capacity planning and optimization
Improve network reliability and efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in network monitoring, performance analysis, or IT roles
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Familiarity with network monitoring tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, or NetFlow analyzers
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of network optimization techniques
Relevant certifications such as CCNA or Network+
