Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Network Visibility Analyst to improve network monitoring and observability. In this role, you will analyze traffic, monitor network performance, and ensure visibility across systems for proactive issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor network traffic and analyze visibility metrics
Implement and manage network monitoring tools
Identify anomalies and performance issues
Collaborate with IT and network teams
Maintain documentation of network configurations and visibility tools
Ensure compliance with IT and security policies
Track performance metrics and generate reports
Support incident detection and resolution
Recommend improvements for network observability
Optimize network monitoring processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in network monitoring, IT operations, or infrastructure roles
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Familiarity with network monitoring and visibility tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, or NetFlow analyzers
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of network security principles
Relevant certifications such as CCNA or Network+
