Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our partner healthcare facility in Spokane, Washington. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, support treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with treatment plans
Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (U.S.)
0–2 years of clinical nursing experience (new graduates may apply)
Strong clinical and patient care skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospital or clinical settings
Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or specialty nursing certifications
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Knowledge of patient safety and infection control practices
Ability to handle critical and emergency situations
