Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Technician to join our partner organization. In this role, you will assist nursing staff in providing high-quality care to patients, monitor patient conditions, and support daily clinical operations. This position is ideal for individuals interested in hands-on patient care and healthcare support roles.

Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Support nurses with clinical procedures and patient care tasks
Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable patient environments
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Assist in patient transport, feeding, and other supportive care activities
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
0–2 years of experience in patient care or healthcare support (internships or clinical experience count)
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or similar certification
Experience in hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
