Role Overview:
As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain IT systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and supporting technology in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems promptly

Required Qualifications:
