Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Support system backups, updates, and security patches
- Help maintain network and system security standards
- Document system configurations and operational procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in system administration or IT support
- Basic knowledge of servers, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking
- Familiarity with virtualization tools and backup systems is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
