Role Overview:
As a Network Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems to ensure seamless connectivity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with networking technologies and solving technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Support LAN/WAN environments and ensure smooth operations
- Assist in configuring routers, switches, and firewalls
- Perform regular maintenance and system upgrades
- Document network configurations and troubleshooting steps
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in networking or IT support roles
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Familiarity with network hardware and troubleshooting tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
