Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Network Support Coordinator to assist in maintaining and supporting network systems. In this role, you will help monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and coordinate with IT teams to ensure smooth and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor network systems and ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware issues
Provide support for routers, switches, and firewalls
Coordinate with IT teams for incident resolution and escalations
Maintain documentation of network configurations and issues
Assist in network setup, upgrades, and maintenance
Track and manage support tickets and service requests
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
Support end-users with network-related issues
Participate in network performance and reliability improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in network support or IT operations
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Familiarity with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent
Experience with network monitoring tools
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure)
Knowledge of cybersecurity basics
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
