Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Sleep Diagnostics Assistant to support sleep study procedures and patient monitoring. In this role, you will assist in diagnostic testing, ensure accurate data collection, and support clinical teams in identifying sleep disorders.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in conducting sleep diagnostic tests (polysomnography)
Prepare and maintain sleep study equipment
Monitor patients during diagnostic sessions
Record and document sleep data accurately
Collaborate with sleep specialists and healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with clinical and safety protocols
Educate patients on diagnostic procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab areas
Respond to patient needs during testing
Support diagnostic and reporting processes
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Sleep Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in sleep labs or healthcare support roles
Basic understanding of sleep diagnostics and monitoring
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work flexible or night shifts if required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sleep labs or diagnostic centers
Certification such as RPSGT (preferred)
Familiarity with polysomnography equipment
Knowledge of respiratory and neurological monitoring
Understanding of patient safety protocols
