Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and attentive Sleep Disorder Evaluation Technician to conduct and analyze sleep studies. In this role, you will evaluate patient data, assist in diagnostics, and support treatment planning for sleep-related conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct sleep studies (polysomnography) and evaluations
Monitor patients during sleep sessions
Record and analyze physiological data
Prepare and maintain diagnostic equipment
Collaborate with sleep specialists and healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with clinical and safety protocols
Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Educate patients on evaluation procedures
Respond to patient needs during studies
Support diagnostic and treatment processes
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Sleep Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in sleep labs or healthcare support roles
Basic understanding of sleep disorder evaluation and monitoring
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work flexible or night shifts if required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sleep labs or diagnostic centers
Certification such as RPSGT (preferred)
Familiarity with polysomnography equipment
Knowledge of respiratory and neurological monitoring
Understanding of patient safety protocols
