Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Network Configuration Analyst to support network setup and configuration processes. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring network devices, ensuring connectivity, and maintaining secure network operations.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain network devices such as routers and switches
Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability
Troubleshoot connectivity and network-related issues
Maintain network documentation and configuration records
Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure needs
Ensure compliance with network security and IT policies
Assist in network upgrades and optimization projects
Monitor and analyze network traffic and performance
Support firewall configuration and security practices
Identify and resolve network performance bottlenecks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in network configuration or IT infrastructure roles
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Basic knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Cisco or similar networking technologies
Familiarity with network monitoring tools
Basic knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure)
Understanding of network security practices
Relevant certifications such as CCNA (preferred)
