Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Software Reliability Engineer to support system reliability and performance. In this role, you will monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain high availability of applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor system performance and ensure reliability of applications
Troubleshoot system and application issues
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams
Support incident response and root cause analysis
Maintain system documentation and reliability metrics
Assist in automation of operational tasks
Ensure system scalability and performance optimization
Support deployment and infrastructure management
Track and report system health and uptime
Contribute to continuous improvement of system reliability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or IT operations roles
Basic understanding of system reliability and monitoring concepts
Familiarity with operating systems and scripting basics
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
