Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized IT Deployment Support Specialist to assist in deployment activities and IT rollouts. In this role, you will support system installations, coordinate deployment schedules, and ensure successful implementation of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing IT deployments
Support system installations and configurations
Troubleshoot deployment-related issues
Collaborate with IT and project teams
Maintain deployment documentation and logs
Track deployment schedules and timelines
Ensure compliance with IT standards and policies
Support hardware and software rollouts
Monitor deployment performance and outcomes
Assist in improving deployment processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in IT deployment, support, or operations roles
Basic understanding of deployment processes and IT systems
Familiarity with operating systems and hardware setups
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with deployment tools (SCCM, Intune)
Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
Basic knowledge of networking and system administration
Understanding of IT infrastructure and support processes
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or similar
