Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Oncology Treatment Coordinator to manage and coordinate care for patients undergoing cancer treatment. In this role, you will ensure smooth scheduling, treatment tracking, and patient support throughout the care journey.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate oncology treatment schedules and patient appointments
Collaborate with oncologists, nurses, and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Assist in treatment planning and follow-up coordination
Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and standards
Provide support and guidance to patients and families
Track treatment progress and outcomes
Handle insurance verification and authorization processes
Manage communication between departments
Improve care coordination workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in oncology, care coordination, or healthcare support roles
Basic understanding of cancer treatment processes
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication and patient support abilities
Ability to work in emotionally sensitive environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in oncology clinics or cancer care centers
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Knowledge of chemotherapy and radiation therapy processes
Understanding of insurance and authorization workflows
Certification in healthcare coordination or oncology support (preferred)
