Job Overview

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented IT Network Capacity Analyst to monitor and optimize network performance and capacity planning. In this role, you will analyze network usage trends, forecast capacity needs, and ensure infrastructure scalability. This position is ideal for individuals interested in networking, performance optimization, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze network traffic, usage patterns, and performance metrics
Forecast future capacity requirements based on business needs
Monitor network performance and identify bottlenecks
Collaborate with network engineers and IT teams for optimization
Develop reports and dashboards for capacity planning insights
Ensure network scalability and reliability
Support incident and performance management processes
Recommend infrastructure upgrades and improvements
Maintain documentation of network capacity and performance data
Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in networking, capacity planning, or IT analysis
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
Familiarity with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.)
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CCNA or Network+
Experience with network performance and capacity tools
Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure)
Familiarity with scripting or automation tools
Understanding of ITIL processes
