Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support systems access governance and compliance initiatives. In this role, you will review user permissions, monitor governance controls, and ensure secure access management.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and govern system access controls and permissions
Review user roles and ensure policy compliance
Conduct access audits and governance assessments
Identify access risks and coordinate remediation
Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams
Maintain documentation of governance processes
Support identity and access management (IAM) systems
Track governance metrics and generate reports
Assist in improving governance workflows
Enhance security and compliance posture

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IAM, governance, compliance, or IT security roles
Basic understanding of access governance and compliance frameworks
Knowledge of authentication and authorization processes
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk)
Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO)
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles
Understanding of governance and compliance standards
Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISA, or similar
