Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Systems Permission Analyst to support access control and permission management across IT systems. In this role, you will manage user permissions, ensure compliance, and help maintain secure system environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain user permissions across systems
Handle access requests, onboarding, and offboarding
Conduct permission reviews and audits
Ensure compliance with security policies and standards
Maintain documentation of access control processes
Collaborate with IT and security teams
Monitor access logs and identify risks
Support identity and access management (IAM) systems
Track permission metrics and generate reports
Improve permission management workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in access management, IT security, or support roles
Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts
Knowledge of authentication and authorization processes
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint)
Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO)
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles
Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC)
Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISA, or similar
