Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Rehabilitation Support Nurse (RN) to assist in patient recovery and rehabilitation care. In this role, you will support treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation
Monitor patient progress and recovery status
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist in developing and implementing care plans
Collaborate with therapists and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Educate patients and families on recovery processes
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols
Support patient mobility and rehabilitation activities
Maintain a safe and supportive care environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
1–3 years of experience in rehabilitation or clinical nursing roles
Valid RN license to practice in Indiana
Strong knowledge of patient care and rehabilitation practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a patient-focused healthcare environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in rehabilitation or long-term care settings
Certifications such as BLS or ACLS
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Strong patient management and support skills
