Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Patient Registration Analyst to support patient intake and registration processes. In this role, you will ensure accurate data entry, verify patient information, and maintain healthcare records.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient registration and intake processes
Verify patient demographics and insurance details
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections
Collaborate with healthcare and administrative teams
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and standards
Support patient onboarding and scheduling
Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Assist in reporting and registration processes
Improve registration workflows and efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
0–2 years of experience in patient registration or healthcare support roles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of healthcare intake processes
Good communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hospital or clinic registration roles
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Knowledge of insurance verification processes
