Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our partner healthcare facility in Shreveport, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the highest standards of clinical practice and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Monitor patient health, record vital signs, and maintain accurate documentation
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare staff to ensure optimal care
Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-treatment care
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Respond to medical emergencies with professionalism and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Louisiana
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (hospital setting preferred)
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in acute care, ICU, or emergency settings
Certifications such as BLS, ACLS (preferred)
