Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Laboratory Processing Coordinator to oversee lab sample processing and workflow coordination. In this role, you will ensure accurate handling of specimens, maintain records, and support efficient laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate laboratory sample processing and workflows
Ensure proper labeling and handling of specimens
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Collaborate with lab technicians and healthcare teams
Monitor lab processes and ensure efficiency
Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and protocols
Assist in inventory and supply management
Support quality control and audit processes
Track specimen status and report discrepancies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab areas
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in laboratory processing or healthcare roles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of laboratory procedures
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in clinical or diagnostic laboratories
Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS)
Knowledge of specimen handling and safety protocols
Understanding of quality control and compliance standards
Certification in laboratory or medical technology (preferred)
