Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Data Coordinator to join our partner organization in Columbia, Missouri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing healthcare data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting reporting and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and maintain healthcare data from multiple sources
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
Update and manage electronic health records (EHR) systems
Generate reports and assist with data analysis for clinical and administrative teams
Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure proper data entry and usage
Support compliance with healthcare regulations and data standards (HIPAA)
Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field
1–3 years of experience in healthcare data management or coordination
Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare databases
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SQL preferred)
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with healthcare analytics or reporting tools
Knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems
Familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations
