Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our partner healthcare facility in Springfield, Missouri. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support clinical teams, and ensure adherence to healthcare standards and protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient progress and document clinical information accurately
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
Respond effectively to medical emergencies
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
1–2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in acute care, ICU, or emergency departments
Certifications such as BLS, ACLS (preferred)
