Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Clinical Intake Documentation Auditor to review patient intake documentation for accuracy and compliance. In this role, you will identify discrepancies, ensure data integrity, and support quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Audit clinical intake documentation for completeness and accuracy
Verify patient information and supporting records
Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
Maintain audit logs and compliance reports
Collaborate with healthcare and administrative teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field
1–3 years of experience in documentation auditing, intake processes, or healthcare support roles
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Basic understanding of healthcare documentation standards
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work in structured environments
