Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized IT Change Management Coordinator to join our partner organization. In this role, you will support and coordinate IT change management processes, ensuring that system changes are implemented efficiently with minimal disruption to business operations. This position is ideal for professionals looking to build expertise in IT service management and enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the lifecycle of IT changes, from request to implementation
Ensure all change requests are properly documented, reviewed, and approved
Collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and business units to assess change impact
Schedule and track changes to minimize risks and service disruptions
Maintain change management records and documentation
Participate in change advisory board (CAB) meetings
Monitor post-implementation results and ensure successful change outcomes
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or change management
Basic understanding of ITIL or IT service management frameworks
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms)
Knowledge of risk assessment and change impact analysis
Experience working in enterprise IT environments
ITIL Foundation certification (or willingness to obtain)
