Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Systems Support Developer to join our partner organization. In this role, you will provide technical support for enterprise applications while contributing to development and maintenance efforts. You will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance system functionality, and ensure smooth application performance. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about coding, system support, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for enterprise applications and systems
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance problems
Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining software components
Collaborate with development and QA teams to deploy fixes and enhancements
Monitor system performance and ensure application stability
Write and maintain scripts or small programs to automate support tasks
Document issues, resolutions, and system changes
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
Support software releases and deployment activities
Stay updated with emerging technologies and development practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in software development, application support, or a related role
Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#)
Familiarity with databases and SQL queries
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Exposure to APIs and integration concepts
Understanding of debugging and logging tools
Experience with Linux/Unix environments
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
