Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurse (RN) to join our partner organization. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in intensive care units (ICU). This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are dedicated to delivering life-saving care with precision and empathy.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or unstable patients
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support systems
Assess patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment such as ventilators and cardiac monitors
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Assist in emergency procedures and critical interventions
Required Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
1–3 years of experience in critical care, ICU, or emergency nursing
Strong knowledge of critical care procedures and patient management
Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
Preferred Qualifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
