Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Medical Inventory Audit Specialist to support inventory auditing and control processes. In this role, you will ensure accurate tracking of medical supplies, identify discrepancies, and support efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct audits of medical inventory and supply records
Verify stock levels and ensure data accuracy
Identify discrepancies and resolve inventory issues
Maintain audit documentation and reports
Collaborate with supply chain and healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with inventory control standards
Monitor inventory usage and track trends
Assist in improving inventory management processes
Support stock reconciliation and reporting
Ensure proper storage and handling of medical supplies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
1–3 years of experience in inventory management, auditing, or healthcare operations
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of inventory systems and processes
Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hospital or healthcare supply chain roles
Familiarity with inventory management software
Knowledge of audit and compliance standards
Understanding of medical supply handling procedures
