Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support medical inventory tracking and audit processes. In this role, you will monitor inventory records, identify discrepancies, and ensure efficient supply management.
Key Responsibilities
Track and audit medical inventory records and stock levels
Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions
Maintain audit documentation and reporting
Collaborate with supply chain and healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with inventory and safety standards
Track inventory metrics and generate reports
Support inventory control and monitoring processes
Assist in improving tracking workflows
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in inventory tracking, auditing, or healthcare logistics roles
Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
Basic understanding of inventory management processes
Good problem-solving and communication abilities
Ability to work with data and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare supply chain or inventory roles
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
Knowledge of medical supply handling and compliance
Understanding of audit and tracking processes
Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI)
