Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Logistics Coordinator to manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment. In this role, you will ensure timely availability of resources, maintain inventory accuracy, and support healthcare operations through efficient logistics management. This position is ideal for individuals interested in healthcare supply chain, operations, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the procurement and distribution of medical supplies and equipment
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate records of inventory and logistics activities
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Identify and resolve supply chain issues or delays
Support cost control and inventory optimization initiatives
Prepare reports on logistics performance and inventory status
Maintain proper storage and handling of medical supplies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or healthcare operations
Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Proficiency in inventory management systems or ERP tools
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in medical or hospital supply chain operations
Familiarity with procurement systems and vendor management
Knowledge of cold chain logistics and medical storage standards
Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM)
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
