Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Medical Supply Audit Coordinator to oversee auditing of medical supplies and inventory processes. In this role, you will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in supply management.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct audits of medical supply inventory and records
Identify discrepancies and ensure corrective actions
Maintain audit documentation and reports
Collaborate with procurement and healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with inventory and safety standards
Track audit metrics and generate performance reports
Support quality assurance and process improvements
Assist in inventory control and monitoring
Coordinate with vendors and supply teams
Improve audit and inventory workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
1–3 years of experience in inventory auditing, logistics, or healthcare support roles
Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
Basic understanding of inventory control and auditing processes
Good problem-solving and communication abilities
Ability to work in structured environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare supply chain or audit roles
Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems
Knowledge of medical supply handling and compliance
Understanding of audit frameworks and processes
Exposure to data analysis and reporting tools
