Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Medical Supply Chain Analyst to support supply chain optimization and inventory management. In this role, you will analyze data, track supply flow, and improve efficiency in medical logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze supply chain data and identify trends
Monitor inventory levels and supply movement
Optimize procurement and distribution processes
Collaborate with healthcare and logistics teams
Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Ensure compliance with supply chain policies
Support demand forecasting and planning
Assist in vendor coordination and procurement
Track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or healthcare operations roles
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Basic knowledge of inventory and supply chain processes
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare supply chain roles
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
Knowledge of procurement and vendor management
Understanding of logistics and distribution workflows
Exposure to data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
