Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Supply Chain Coordinator to manage procurement, inventory, and distribution of medical supplies. In this role, you will ensure that healthcare facilities are adequately stocked while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with regulations. This position is ideal for individuals interested in healthcare logistics, operations, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement and inventory of medical supplies and equipment
Track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for order placement and delivery
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
Monitor supply usage trends and optimize stock levels
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Assist in negotiating pricing and managing supplier relationships
Support logistics and distribution of supplies within healthcare facilities
Resolve supply chain issues and escalate when necessary
Continuously improve supply chain processes and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or healthcare operations
Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Good communication and vendor coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare or medical supply chain
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
Certification in supply chain management (CSCP, CPIM, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
