Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support medical supply chain verification and inventory validation processes. In this role, you will review supply data, identify discrepancies, and ensure efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Verify medical supply chain records and inventory data
Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions
Maintain verification documentation and reports
Collaborate with supply chain and healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with inventory and safety standards
Track verification metrics and generate reports
Support inventory audits and quality assurance processes
Assist in improving verification workflows
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory verification, or healthcare logistics roles
Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
Basic understanding of inventory control processes
Good problem-solving and communication abilities
Ability to work with data and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare supply chain or inventory roles
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
Knowledge of medical supply handling and compliance
Understanding of verification and audit processes
Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI)
