Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Supply Inventory Analyst to manage and optimize inventory levels of medical supplies. In this role, you will analyze inventory data, track usage patterns, and ensure timely availability of essential supplies while minimizing waste and cost.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment
Analyze usage trends and forecast supply needs
Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of stock
Maintain accurate inventory records and databases
Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and clinical teams
Identify shortages, overstock issues, and recommend solutions
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation
Support cost optimization and supply chain efficiency initiatives
Prepare reports on inventory performance and key metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
2–4 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or healthcare logistics
Strong analytical and data management skills
Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems
Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory control methods
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare or hospital supply chain operations
Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Knowledge of medical supply standards and compliance requirements
Certification in supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CPIM)
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
