Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dialysis Care Technician to support patients undergoing dialysis treatment. In this role, you will assist in treatment preparation, monitor patient conditions, and ensure safe and effective dialysis procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare dialysis equipment and treatment areas
Assist in administering dialysis treatments
Monitor patient vitals during procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure compliance with healthcare safety standards
Collaborate with nurses and healthcare teams
Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of equipment
Respond to patient needs and report changes
Support patient comfort and care
Assist in managing dialysis supplies and inventory
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or related field
0–2 years of experience in dialysis or healthcare support roles
Basic knowledge of dialysis procedures
Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in clinical environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in dialysis centers or nephrology units
Certification such as CCHT (preferred)
Familiarity with dialysis equipment and procedures
Knowledge of infection control protocols
Understanding of patient monitoring and safety standards
