Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented professional to support dialysis care and renal treatment processes. In this role, you will assist with procedures, monitor patients, and ensure a safe and comfortable care environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in dialysis procedures and renal care support
Monitor patient vitals during treatment sessions
Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment and treatment areas
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with nurses and healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
Support patient comfort and care during procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas
Assist in managing dialysis supplies and inventory
Support overall patient care operations
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or related field
0–2 years of experience in dialysis or healthcare support roles
Basic knowledge of renal care and dialysis procedures
Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in clinical environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in dialysis centers or nephrology units
Certification such as CCHT (preferred)
Familiarity with dialysis equipment and procedures
Knowledge of infection control protocols
Understanding of patient monitoring and safety standards
