Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support endpoint configuration and system management activities. In this role, you will assist in configuring devices, maintaining standards, and ensuring optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support endpoint devices and systems
Apply standard configurations and security policies
Monitor system performance and compliance
Troubleshoot configuration-related issues
Collaborate with IT and security teams
Maintain documentation of configurations and procedures
Support endpoint management tools and platforms
Track configuration metrics and performance
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Improve configuration workflows and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in endpoint support, configuration, or IT roles
Basic understanding of endpoint systems and configuration management
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, Jamf)
Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Python)
Basic knowledge of networking and security
Understanding of configuration management best practices
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or similar
