Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Endpoint Policy Analyst to support endpoint policy management and compliance. In this role, you will develop, monitor, and enforce policies across endpoint devices to ensure security and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage endpoint security policies
Monitor compliance across endpoint devices
Analyze policy effectiveness and recommend improvements
Collaborate with IT and security teams
Maintain documentation of policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
Support endpoint management tools and configurations
Track policy metrics and generate reports
Identify and remediate policy violations
Improve endpoint governance processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in endpoint management, IT security, or compliance roles
Basic understanding of endpoint policies and security frameworks
Familiarity with endpoint management tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like Intune, SCCM, or Jamf
Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO)
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles
Understanding of endpoint governance and compliance
Relevant certifications such as Security+ or similar
