Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior DevOps Support Engineer to assist in managing deployment pipelines and infrastructure. In this role, you will support CI/CD processes, monitor systems, and help maintain reliable and scalable environments.
Key Responsibilities
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
Monitor system performance and infrastructure health
Troubleshoot deployment and environment-related issues
Collaborate with development and operations teams
Assist in automation of deployment and operational tasks
Maintain documentation of DevOps processes
Support configuration management and system updates
Ensure system reliability and uptime
Assist in cloud infrastructure management
Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in DevOps, IT support, or related roles
Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools
Familiarity with operating systems and scripting basics
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Docker
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python)
Understanding of version control systems (Git)
Exposure to infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
