Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neonatal ICU Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care for critically ill or premature newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). In this role, you will monitor infant health, operate advanced life-support equipment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes. This position is ideal for nurses passionate about neonatal care and critical care nursing.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to neonates in the NICU
Monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, and overall health of newborns
Administer medications, IV fluids, and specialized treatments
Operate and manage neonatal life-support equipment (ventilators, incubators)
Assist in emergency procedures and resuscitation when required
Educate and support parents and families during treatment
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
Collaborate with neonatologists and healthcare teams
Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
Provide compassionate care in a high-stress environment
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the U.S.
Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Nursing
1–3 years of nursing experience (NICU or critical care preferred)
Strong clinical and critical care skills
Knowledge of neonatal care practices and equipment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Commitment to patient safety and quality care
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in NICU or pediatric intensive care units
Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC)
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
