Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support network latency monitoring and performance analysis. In this role, you will track delays, identify bottlenecks, and help improve network responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor network latency and performance metrics
Analyze traffic patterns and identify delays
Troubleshoot latency-related issues
Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams
Maintain documentation of monitoring processes
Ensure compliance with IT performance standards
Support network monitoring tools and systems
Track performance metrics and generate reports
Assist in capacity planning and optimization
Improve network monitoring workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in network monitoring, performance analysis, or IT roles
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Familiarity with network monitoring tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, or NetFlow analyzers
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of network performance optimization techniques
Relevant certifications such as CCNA or Network+
