Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Cloud Operations Support Analyst to assist in managing cloud environments and supporting operational activities. In this role, you will monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain cloud infrastructure performance.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor cloud infrastructure and system performance
Troubleshoot cloud-related issues and incidents
Assist in deployment and configuration of cloud services
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams
Maintain documentation of cloud operations processes
Support automation and infrastructure tasks
Ensure compliance with cloud security and operational standards
Assist in backup and disaster recovery processes
Track performance metrics and usage
Optimize cloud resources and cost efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in cloud operations, IT support, or DevOps roles
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with operating systems and networking concepts
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud services (EC2, S3, Azure VMs)
Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash)
Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
