Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Cloud Resource Allocation Engineer to support efficient utilization of cloud resources. In this role, you will monitor usage, optimize allocation, and ensure cost-effective cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage cloud resource allocation
Analyze usage patterns and optimize resource distribution
Assist in implementing infrastructure as code (IaC)
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams
Maintain documentation of cloud allocation processes
Ensure compliance with cloud security standards
Troubleshoot resource and performance issues
Track cost and usage metrics
Support automation of cloud operations
Improve resource allocation workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in cloud, DevOps, or IT infrastructure roles
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of cloud resource allocation concepts
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of cloud cost optimization strategies
Exposure to monitoring and logging tools
