Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Cloud Support Analyst to support cloud-based systems and services. In this role, you will assist in monitoring cloud environments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability and performance of cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor cloud infrastructure and system performance
Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues
Assist in deployment and maintenance of cloud services
Support incident management and escalation processes
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams
Maintain documentation of cloud configurations and procedures
Ensure compliance with cloud security and best practices
Assist in cost monitoring and optimization of cloud resources
Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in cloud support, IT support, or system administration
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Understanding of networking and system administration concepts
Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals
Exposure to scripting (Python, Bash)
Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor)
Understanding of DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
