Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Systems Automation Developer to support the development and implementation of automation solutions across IT systems. In this role, you will design scripts, automate workflows, and improve system efficiency. This position is ideal for individuals interested in automation, scripting, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows
Automate repetitive system and operational tasks
Collaborate with IT and development teams to identify automation opportunities
Monitor automated processes and troubleshoot issues
Integrate automation tools with existing systems and applications
Maintain documentation for automation processes and scripts
Support deployment and testing of automation solutions
Ensure system performance, reliability, and security
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices
Continuously improve automation efficiency and scalability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in software development, automation, or IT operations
Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
Familiarity with APIs and system integration concepts
Understanding of operating systems (Linux/Windows)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, or similar)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Understanding of DevOps practices and workflows
Experience with version control systems (Git)
