Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Medical Equipment Logistics Coordinator to manage the distribution, tracking, and maintenance of medical equipment. In this role, you will ensure that equipment is available, functional, and delivered efficiently to support healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the distribution and delivery of medical equipment
Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records
Ensure equipment availability for clinical departments
Schedule maintenance and repairs for medical equipment
Monitor equipment usage and optimize allocation
Collaborate with healthcare teams and vendors
Maintain documentation of equipment logistics and workflows
Ensure compliance with healthcare safety and regulatory standards
Identify and resolve logistics-related issues
Support efficient supply chain and operations management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
1–3 years of experience in logistics, healthcare operations, or supply chain roles
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of inventory and logistics management systems
Good problem-solving and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hospital or healthcare logistics
Familiarity with inventory management software
Knowledge of medical equipment handling and compliance standards
Understanding of supply chain processes
Exposure to vendor coordination and procurement
