Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care including assessment, planning, and evaluation
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on recovery and health management
- Follow all clinical protocols and safety standards
Required Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient-handling skills
