Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Endpoint Configuration Analyst to join our partner organization in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, managing, and maintaining endpoint devices across the organization. This position is ideal for professionals interested in endpoint management, device security, and IT infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities
Configure, deploy, and manage endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, and mobile devices)
Maintain and update operating systems, applications, and security patches
Monitor endpoint performance, compliance, and security standards
Troubleshoot device-related issues and provide technical support
Manage device configurations using endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune)
Assist in implementing IT security policies and procedures
Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth endpoint operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
0–2 years of experience in endpoint support, IT support, or system administration
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS)
Understanding of device configuration and software deployment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or JAMF
Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and group policies
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
Experience with scripting (PowerShell) is a plus
